FIT THE SITUATION!

Who is this? 

I have no reason to look at this picture twice before telling you who this is. This is no other person than the one Man who is carrying all the load of his family. Though he's moving ahead, others count it as his responsibility to move them along and when he does not, they count paint him an 'ENEMY'. They forget that they are become a burden, a liability, and source of friction to his progress. They believe that they should sit while he works all the days of his life. There be some among them who even complain that the speed at which he's moving is ridiculous and terrible, yet they refuse to go out and look for a situation to fix themselves. One day the vehicle will breakdown and you all will be at your end. The Story of the man who decided to transfer all his wealth to the Orphanage without allowing his children inherit any of them. He said "If i make them believe they'll inherit my wealth, then i have killed the potential of them making it on their own", and by this simple decision the children created the own wealth.

Take responsibility for your like.

Do not my friend forget that "The hands that will not work will not eat"

Dear Employer!

This can be likened to the employer who believes that "the fact that i pay you, is the fact that i can use you anyhow".Dear employer, why did you forget so soon the law that state that "be good to your Customer and be good to your employee, then your business will be protected". They believe that if they are able to use the employee to the teeth (in term of the image above, going the journey to and fro, they will be able to save fuel) they'll save more money. Though you train me on how to be vast and also to know what I can do, yet know that one day the table will turn. You my employer forgets that when you load too much on the employee,  you will not get 100% of him. Therefore, if there be any error from my movements, even if you are going to put the blame on me, first recognise that your are the source of your problem.

Who is this?

My dear Country!

For decades I have been taught and encourage to declare my pledge to my country "...To be faithful, Loyal and honesty" And without doubt I have tried in all I could to do my best always. But then I see that even my country is not Faithful, Loyal and Honest to her self; for my Nation has refused to recognised that without fixing, protecting, providing for her citizen,  doing so for outsiders is of no value. My Country declares her self as the Giant among her friends, yet they least of them stands to be more reliable than her. My dear country carries the burden of other, while she dumps hers in the sea flowing to an endless pit. When will your eyes be opened to see that those who proclaim peace and serenity to your hearing deceives you? Wake up and see that the loads you carry will one day break you down. 

Nevertheless "I PLEDGE TO MY COUNTRY" 

Who is this?

One who fixes others neglecting his own

This could be you dear Marriage Councillor. You focus on others load while you leave your home broken. Your Children do not listen to you because you have no time for them, meanwhile you advise others to spend time with their Children. Don't you think you also need a an enlightenment?  I guess you need it better than those who you speak to everyday.  You home is broken sir, FIX IT. It's either yours works first, or you stop telling them how their's will work. I will suggest you carry your load on your head, then if you are strong enough, carry others, but if you are like the few I know, don't carry it anyways.

Who is this?

One who want to be and do  everything. 

This is the man who wants to be The Coach, The Referee, The Player, The Steward, Assistant Referee and almost everything at the same time. Slow down sir, you cannot carry all this load and still move at the speed that you are designed for.  They will slow you down, you can be more effective if and only if you can be sincere to yourself and say this is the only thing you should expect from me. It will save you some time, energy, smiles and many more.
